My Story
Hello, I am Andrea and after 30 years in the hospitality industry I have set-up Max Rev to bring the skills of a professional revenue manager to independent accommodation owners. After selling countless room nights and thousands of weddings and events I can advise on all aspects of your business from pricing strategy, online listings, commission reduction, social media, property management systems, website, wedding and event pricing or brochures.

My previous experience is focused on businesses which had unrealised potential in top line sales, roles include Business Development Manager and General Manager for 3/4 star group and independent hotels. I have extensive experience throughout the UK from the Highland ski resorts to the Home Counties.
